The Hertfordshire County Council projects are part of a Mace framework agreement to maintain and deliver the council property portfolio. Projects carried out to date include three office refurbishments and the How Dell School, taken over when the original contractor went into receivership.

MLogic provided an integrated fixed price preliminaries and logistic offer as part of a fully Mace integrated offer of project management, construction management, cost consultancy and logistics all as part of a framework agreement.
