Role: Commercial Director

Lee is an experienced commercial director with a track record of managing the commercial aspects on a variety of projects.

 Previously Lee worked as an area surveyor for a major contractor, carrying out a full range of projects including new build, fit out and refurbishment.

Lee's strengths include his ability to accurately forecast and report out turn costs, value engineer projects and manage all commercial and cost related matters in a reasonable and practical manner. Lee has a good understanding of most contract forms. Lee has worked on a large number of traditional contracts and is therefore very familiar with various contract forms, application procedure and the like.

Lee's practical approach to commercial management is an asset. He applies his experience in a firm but fair approach which engenders the respect of the client and sub-contractors alike.
