Role: Commercial Executive

Colin Hardy is responsible for all aspects of commercial delivery in the Mace Living business. He has built up a broad range of experience in the residential sector and has extensive knowledge of a wide range of procurement methods and construction types from traditional through to MMC. His current projects range from new build and refurbishment projects, working in both the social housing and private sale sectors. He has significant recent experience in open book procurement.

Colin is committed to providing a comprehensive cost management service from appointment through to final close out and will be keen to develop a team approach to the successful delivery of this project.

Colin will be involved from project award and will lead the commercial aspects of the procurement.
