Training Manager

As training manager for the Mace Business School, Zoe assists in the development of training modules and coordinates their delivery.

Zoe joined Mace in 2002 and spent three years working for the supply chain management team during which time she introduced an online prequalification system for trade contractors seeking preferred status and rolled out an online system of performance measurement for trade contractors on Mace projects.

At the Building Awards in April 2006 Zoe was named Construction Skills Young Achiever of the Year. The experience she gained working in the supply chain management team made her an ideal choice to support the development of the Mace Passport scheme for trade contractors with the Mace Business School.
