Upscale, downtown Dubai style

In December 2007 Mace concluded delivery of Emaar Property's exclusive nine tower complex in the heart of the Burj Dubai District, with Mace again providing efficiency of process and quality of end product at the highest levels.

This was the first project launched within Emaar's evolving new 'Downtown' Burj Dubai Development, which includes the world's tallest tower (Burj Dubai) and the world's largest retail mall.

The residences at Burj Dubai (phase one) comprise six residential towers, ranging from 26 to 43 storeys, rising from a common four level podium structure. Most of the apartments will have panoramic views over the waterways, public parks and the towering Burj Dubai forming the centrepiece of this development. The apartments are fully finished with fitted kitchens and bathrooms and all have been pre-sold under the Emirates' new property ownership regulations.

Phase two, on an adjoining site, adds a further three towers of similar design to the first six, giving a total of some 1,300 dwelling units. Common facilities include fitness studios, a badminton court, an internal golf driving range, squash courts, a business centre, guest suites and 19 retail (primarily restaurant) outlets.

Features:

  • Secure separation of residential and public areas
  • A wide range of accommodation styles - from one to four bedroomed apartments, plus penthouses and villas
  • Landscaped common podiums to each group of three towers
  • Broadband IT services to every room
