Information

Land Securities has appointed Mace Group on the prestigious Park House development on London's Oxford Street following a competitive tender.

The 500,000ft2 Park House project, the largest development on Oxford Street for 40 years, will be delivered by the same highly successful Mace Group team that delivered the Ropemaker Place project and will be led by director Jonathan Foster. Park House will provide some of the largest office floor plates in the West End together with much needed modern retail space on this internationally renowned street. The development includes luxury residential accommodation occupying half of the building from the second to seventh floor, offering a much sought after Mayfair address.

Demolition and new piling works are already complete and the site is currently being used as ‘London's largest interactive dinosaur encounter'. Work is expected to start on site in May 2010, once the dinosaurs have left and completion is scheduled for November 2012.
