A five-star, 180 key hotel resort and spa set on the Amburan Beach just outside of Azerbaijan's capital Baku.

Mace Group has been appointed in a project management and cost man-agement role on this beach development on the north shore of the Absheron peninsula, approximately 35kms from Baku.

This Marriott Group scheme includes a 180 key, five-star, three-storey hotel, a spa and wellness therapy centre, indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities including bowling alleys, a yacht club and a number restaurants.

The site is available now and enabling works are underway. Completion is anticipated during the summer of 2011.
