Fit out to Cat "A" on four floors to existing land mark building in Gresham Street. Installation of three generators in basement area. Construction of risers from lower ground floor to level seven.

MLogic successfully completed the provision of the integrated preliminaries and logistic offer fixed within the construction management agreement of this fit out project. Delivery for two separate clients at the same time and subsequently included the incorporation of an additional floor for a separate tenant.

Key Features of the project:

• Cat "A" fit out to four floors to enable Standard Life to market the floors.
• Liaise with building manager to co-ordinate marketing of the floors to potential clients. Mace to assist in client visits.
• Three generators installed for Standard Life as a condition of the lease with Lloyds TSB who are the anchor tenant.
