Mace Group's Cardiff office provides services for client in the Welsh Cities/Principle Areas of: Blaenau Gwent; Bridgend; Caerphilly; Cardiff; Monmouthshire; Neath Port Talbot; Newport; Rhondda Cynon Taff; Swansea; Torfaen and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Mace has been working in the region for over ten years, with initial appointments by clients BBC Wales, the Wales Millenium Centre and OFCOM. Current key clients for the Cardiff office include Welsh Health Estates and Coleg Gwent.
The team in Cardiff is currently working on a range of projects including Bronglais Hospital Aberystwyth, South Powys Local General Hospital, Withybush Renal Unit, Coleg Gwent and is offering specialist consultancy services to Land Securities at the St David's Centre in Cardiff, a project that also involves similar consultancy services to anchor tenant John Lewis Partnership.
