Role: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined the company in 1996 and was appointed deputy chief executive in December 2009. He has been a key member of the Group board since the management buy out of the company in 2001, and is responsible for the growth and success of the infrastructure sector.
In 2006, Mark was part of the CLM delivery partner consortium team that secured the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics role. He fulfilled the position of deputy programme director responsible for delivering the £8.1bn programme for the Olympic Delivery Authority.
Mark gained his early experience in the commercial sector on the Broadgate and Ludgate development projects in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and then moved on to projects with BAA. Mark was the director responsible for Terminal 5 and the BAA framework from 1996 - 2006.
